In this presentation given at a 2023 webinar, we explain the status quo and the final preparations undertaken by EBU in the leadup to the World Radiocommunication Conference 2023. WRCs are the global forum for the coordination of the use of electromagnetic spectrum frequencies for wireless services. The 2023 conference is widely seen as a crucial decision point that may impact access to spectrum for broadcast services.
