Learn how to use veraAI fact-checking tools with a series of EBU Academy video tutorials

As the Horizon Europe project veraAI against disinformation is coming to an end, a number of AI-based fact-checking tools developed within the project (with active participation from several EBU Members) are now available for EBU Members and other media professionals to use as part of their verification work.

As a follow-up to the EBU's veraAI training workshop series that took place last May, the EBU Academy is now providing a series of video tutorials to help fact-checkers, journalists and other news professionals to familiarize themselves with the veraAI tools: from detectors of manipulated or synthetic content, to tools for increased analysis efficiency, and for the exploration of unfolding disinformation campaigns.

For more information about the science behind these tools, please visit the webinar series on the veraAI research, including the final ones that took place this September.

The video tutorial series includes the following chapters (available with an easily obtainable EBU login):

Within a few minutes, you will know all there is to know to get started with each of these tools!

The veraAI project is co-financed by the European Union, Horizon Europe programme, Grant Agreement No 101070093, with additional funding from Innovate UK grant No 10039055 and the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) under contract No 22.00245.
