Scope
Cloud infrastructure is reshaping how broadcasters store, process, and distribute content; and how they manage costs, scale operations, and adopt new capabilities such as AI.
The Cloud Strategy Focus Group works to build a shared cloud ecosystem for European public service media organisations. We help PSM organisations make informed, future-proof decisions that strengthen their independence, with freedom of choice as a guiding principle and a target of turning collaboration into a tangible operational advantage by 2028.

3. Partnership Advantage: a collective voice for cloud-native, optimised vendor solutions;
4. Common Services and Shared Solutions: Member-driven frameworks and shared capabilities.
