Cancellation policy for hotels
- No-cost cancellation up to 9 days prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation 8 days prior to arrival, the Hotel will charge the individual for the first night of the stay.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Changes in reservation dates/late arrivals
All changes in reservation dates or late arrivals must be notified to the hotel either by e-mail or telephone mentioning the reservation code ‘TVP’, copy Urszula Wlodarska-Sek, TVP, Urszula.Wlodarska-Sek@tvp.pl.
