Making good quality 3D productions, that is what the second 3D Master Class of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) was about. End of January, producers and Directors of Photography from EBU Members including the BBC, ERT, TRT and ZDF, gathered at Twickenham Studios in London to be trained in the art of making the best 3D productions. Besides the more creative aspects, the course also addressed technological aspects of the professional 3D production tools currently available.

This training was supported by a highly experienced 3D crew under leadership of the internationally renowned 3D producer Phil Streather. The course was co-organised by the EBU Training and EBU Technology and Development departments.
