The main part of Tech 3276 specifies listening conditions for the assessment of monaural and two-channel stereophonic sound programme material. This supplement adds requirements related to multichannel/surround sound.
Please note that with the introduction of loudness normalisation different measurement instructions apply, but these have not been integrated in this document yet. Please see EBU Tech 3343, paragraph 8.2.
