Planning Criteria for Mobile DVB-T

EBU BPN 047

In this document a number of DVB-T modes for mobile DVB-T reception are suggested. They are QPSK, 16 QAM and 64 QAM using both 2k and 8k. For each of the modes, C/N values are given based on simulations using the COST 231 typical urban mobile radio environment.
