The developer network experts of the EBU metadata community organised a hands-on workshop on metadata on June 15th, at the EBU Headquarters in Geneva.
The event covered the new MPEG7 Audio-Video Description Profile and how to generate / transform, validate and index data in this format.
Participants developed their first semantic web ontology and integrated resources from the Linked Data Open Cloud to create richer metadata.
