This Strategy Roadmap outlines the framework of activities of the Technical Committee and its Strategic Programmes, leveraging the collective expertise of our community and encouraging collaboration among the Members.
The Strategy Roadmap replaces the previously used sequence of Workplan documents.
It explains how the EBU Technical Committee together with the EBU Technology & Innovation department select and organize work done through collaborative working groups and T&I on behalf of the EBU membership.
The objectives outlined here reflect both the current needs of EBU Members and trends in media technology.
The EBU’s Technical Committee monitors the implementation of the Strategy Roadmap, while the EBU Technology & Innovation department allocates resources to coordinate the implementation and to handle international representation and liaisons.
