| 09:45-12:00 | After the pleanry session the workshop will be split up into three separate presentations of the HbbTV, MHP and YouView/MHEG-5 platforms. These sessions will give the participants the opportunity to learn more about the specifics of each platform and compare its benefits and cost with each other. | The participants will inform about their HBB related plans, next steps, their timeframe for decision-making and their ideas about a common Europe wide HBB launch initiative. The EBU will present the future project structure and the plan of a HBB Consortium (former HDTV Consortium), which should facilitate the European launch by coordinating with national HBB consortia. The participants will discuss the planned “launch event” in Geneva, its format, the participants and the timing. | ||||
