The Expert Community on Spectrum EC-S organised this workshop to discuss the status of the implementation of the Digital Dividend in European countries. The workshop addressed how and when the 790-862 MHz band is going to be freed from broadcasting services, how broadcasting services will be affected, the licensing conditions to award the band to mobile operators and any other relevant issue related with the implementation of the Digital Dividend in Europe.
