We recognize that the evolving Covid situation creates uncertainty around travel and physical meetings. In order to let you book your ticket with confidence and minimize the risk of financial loss, we apply the following booking policy at our 2022 events. This policy is active until further notice.
- Physical attendance tickets can be converted to online tickets at the participant’s discretion up until 1 week before the event. The price difference will be refunded to the participant.
- Online tickets can be converted to physical tickets at any time, subject to availability. The price difference will be charged to the participant.
- Should the Covid situation make it impossible to hold a safe and successful physical conference then the event may be converted to an online-only event. We will make and inform you of this decision no later than 1 week prior to the event. Tickets will then be converted to online-only and the price difference will be refunded to the participant.
- Should the entire event be cancelled then all tickets will be refunded.
Note that ticket conversions cannot be done directly via the registration tool. If you would like to change any element of your registration, please contact us.
