In this free, public EBU Webinar, Richard van Everdingen (Dutch Broadcasting Loudness Committee) introduced you to Loudness leveling and metering for broadcast applications. The focus was on guidelines for distribution parties (cable operators, etc.).

This Webinar was the second of a series of two. The first Webinar provided a more general introduction to the Loudness problem and the EBU Loudness Recommendation, EBU R 128.
