Neutrality and openness of the Internet is a very important issue for the EBU Members that increasingly provide their services on the Internet.
This workshop addressed the practical operational aspects of the network neutrality (e.g. monitoring of the ISPs' practices, detection and resolution of problems, long term solutions). The main objective was to identify those related technical elements that require further work within the EBU.
